Abstract:In the information-intensive society, website is one of most influential means for organizations and customers. At present, one of significant issues, which reveals in the process of rapid development of tourism websites, is that tourism websites do not excellently gain the satisfaction of tourism on-line customers. In solving the problem of customer satisfaction of tourism website and the quality of regional tourism on-line service caused by it, the result of unilateral analysis is limited. Aiming at this issue, this research considers that it is essential to examine the establishment of whole system of tourism on-line service and adopt the means of multilateral analysis to evaluate customer satisfaction. So this paper propels the unilateral analysis evaluation into the multilateral new phase. The type, market scale and management model of Chinese and American tourism websites are compared and analyzed in this paper, and the difference of the tourism websites lies in such respects as the consciousness, management tactics and developing stage, etc. At the same time, the paper finds out that Chinese and American tourism websites observe the law together——virtual distance attenuation. According to this, tourism website's profit and weakness of development has been explained. The new method has been put forward to predict tourism website's development model——virtual distance weighting. The research takes the advantage of cross-science, puts forward the development factors such as, the supplier and policymaker, the company, the participant and the local manager into the tourism on-line service system, puts forward the virtual distance attenuation model in the evaluation of the developing of tourism website, propels the evaluation from unilateral phase to multilateral one, and achieves the purpose of enlightening the policymaker and planning personnel in companies so as to assure the long-term development of tourism on-line service.
